1. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
- Contribute the team performance in term of gross profit and revenue
- Construction communicate with colleague and products team to get smartest and most effective commercial target
- Keep good image of Company in the market by professional style of working
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Develops and maintains trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Develop relationship with Sotrans Logistics overseas offices and network of Agents
- Manage customer contracts and quotation process
- Increasing business with existing customers
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
- Prepare regular reports of profit
- Any other job assigned by Sales Manager
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum 02 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial
- Used to work for multinational logistics company is an advantage
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping
- Good knowledge of international trade and operational procedures
- Customer and service oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate & able to work under high pressure
